City Planners have scrapped plans for extra bike lanes along Armour Road in North Kansas City in favor of bike lanes along Vivion Road and North Oak instead. The planned path along Armour Road ran into hard opposition from the hipster residents. Their loss. Personally this lil Happy Rock enjoys ogling sexy cyclists.
