Kansas City law enforcement officials have been locked in a tense standoff for hours on Wednesday morning, as they try to apprehend a suspect who has barricaded himself inside a building.
According to the FBI, the suspect is wanted for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, and agents were attempting to serve an arrest warrant when the man retreated into the 3000 block of Broadway Boulevard and barricaded himself inside.
