Gladstone Municipal Pool to Open for Outdoor Season on May 25
As summer approaches, the Gladstone Municipal Pool is gearing up to open for the outdoor season on 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 25th!, welcoming swimmers of all ages for a refreshing dip in the sun.
Located at 7011 North Holmes Street, the Gladstone Municipal Pool will be open from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Admission for a day pass is $8 per person, with children under the age of 3 receiving free admission. The day pass grants admission to the outdoor municipal pool until closing time for that day.
The Gladstone Municipal Pool offers a range of features to keep visitors cool and entertained, including a zero-depth entry, a 900-gallon dumping bucket, spray features, shade structures, an open flume slide, an Aquaclimb® climbing wall, a 25-yard pool with six lanes (two designated for lap swim during normal hours), a diving well, a full concession stand, and lounge chairs.

For frequent visitors, Gladstone residents and non-residents can purchase an outdoor pool membership, with an early bird discount available for those who purchase prior to May 5. The rates for early bird membership are as follows:

A family season pass is also available, including up to four people (two adults and two children up to age 18, or up to age 23 with proof of full-time student status), with additional children able to be added for $15 each. For seniors 65 years and older (identification required), a senior pass is available.
Gladstone Community Center members can also receive discounted outdoor pool membership rates, with family passes available for $75, individual passes for $45, and senior passes for $30. Family season passes include all persons on the community center membership, with senior passes available for individuals 65 years and older (identification required).
To receive the Gladstone Community Center Member Municipal Pool Membership discount, the Community Center member must have a membership in good standing through 4 p.m. on Monday, August 19th. of the 2024 season. Single month/quarterly/annual Community Center pass holders whose memberships expire prior to Labor Day must renew their membership at the time of purchase to receive the discount. Monthly auto-debit members must remain in good standing throughout the 2023 summer season. If a monthly auto-debit member defaults payment during the 2023 summer season, municipal pool membership will be deactivated until the Community Center membership is paid.
