Bunch mentions her confidence in her legal documentation and is prepared to counter any doubts, especially regarding her ongoing lawsuit with Shane Crees. Additionally, she reflects on her activism. highlighting her respect for their honesty and professionalism.

Her comments indicate a strong belief in balancing activism and business ownership, despite the challenges, and she seems ready to defend her actions publicly and legally.

Her press release is below as follows:

I absolutely understand the Citizens concerns and in business and life we are given choices, I follow the laws and if better choices are presented to me isn’t it my freedom to choose which professional path is best for my business. I can tell you the IRS always gets their money, even in Ch. 13 Bankruptcy, they are paid first. Reorganization of my debt is more responsible than a total Ch. 7 Discharge. The backlash from my Activism had a price to pay with my business and people said to me all the time “if I wasn’t a business owner I’d be more vocal like you”…. I still think you can do both, run a business and be an Activist. I compartmentalize with the best of them and I don’t get offended too easily or take things too personal. After a while, as any human being it can take a toll on me, but it’s rare. The Shane Crees Lawsuit is still pending in Clay County, his abusive behavior was predictable to me in filing his lawsuit, I welcome it because I intend to Countersue and WIN. Nothing I post doesn’t come with documentation and if people don’t think I have the proof, just ask me and I’ll kindly post on Facebook.
